Meet Our Guests

Learn from people who inspire

Ferdous Bappy, Chief Guest Chief Guest

Ferdous Bappy

Media Personality & Corporate Trainer

For over three decades, Ferdous Bappy has been one of Bangladesh's best-known faces in television anchoring. He has hosted popular shows such as Quiz Quiz on BTV and the celebrity talk show Shokal Belar Roddur, and has served as a judge on a national host-search reality show. That experience of speaking to, listening to and drawing out people is what he brings to the training room.

With his experience and involvement in youth-focused initiatives, he will lead an engaging Youth Employment Workshop on the opportunities, challenges, skills and mindset young people need to navigate today's employment landscape.

Why he's the right voice for SPARK

  • Decades of real communication experience in front of audiences, the same skill employers look for.
  • A corporate trainer who knows what the working world expects from young professionals.
  • An interactive, conversational style, not a lecture.

What you'll take away

  • A clear picture of today's job market: opportunities and challenges.
  • Practical career preparation and the essential skills to stand out.
  • The mindset to approach your career with confidence.
